Apple Spire had its humble beginning in 1985 as cement dealers called Manjunatha Agencies which subsequently became C & F agents as they took on the sole distributorship of Sagar Cement, Suvarna Cement and Nagarjuna Cement for entire Karnataka. In the year 1998, company started its own manufacturing unit and marketing cement with the brand name “Asian Cement, DM Cement & Ratna Cement”.
