The Luxury Home Carnival – Second edition is back by popular demand!

We'd like to start by thanking everyone who helped make the 1st Edition of the Luxury Home Carnival such a smashing success with sales of over Rs 54 crores.

The event is mainly intended to showcase New Premium Residences in Chennai and Coimbatore. The properties showcased during the event,starts at 2 Crores and goes upto Rs 25 crores. We have properties in over 35+ posh locations in Chennai and Coimbatore displayed during the event, Because of the level of exclusivity of the average expected patron, we've decided to curb the event's guest list to an intimate, invite only audience.
