Chettinad Burgundy is the brainchild of Chettinad Builders, the highly acclaimed construction and planning division of the Chettinad Group, one of India’s oldest, largest and most ambitious conglomerates. For over 80 years, Chettinad Builders have established a legacy of having constructed highly complex industrial structures, thoughtfully planned educational institutions, hospitals, health centers, commercial complexes and beautifully landscaped residential structures. Originally operating as South India Corporation Limited, the company was rechristened as Chettinad Builders in 2004 and has been a pioneer in the field throughout.
