CONSORTEXE was established in the year 2000 with a clear focus on quality and affordability in architecture. The founder Milind Kandalgaonkar had over ten years of experience in designing and managing projects for leading architects before deciding to take up own residential building projects. Since the early days of CONSORTEXE, the projects have been done with an eye for details and a feel for aesthetics. Residential building project at Nasik, Kudal & Goa were executed with objective to achieve right balance between aesthetic and affordability. Use of local materials, clean interior layouts, maximum use of natural light and landscaping are important aspects of projects.
