Thus we started in 1990 M/s Sancoale Real Estates forayed into construction and housing development on a big scale and promoted their first project ALLELUIA ENCLAVE Co-operative Housing Society Ltd., consisting of 198 Housing Plots at Sancoale. The project was executed under the guidance of Late Shri Ellath Baladevan, S.N.N Karmali and T.T.Shreedharan. In the year 2000, M/S Sancoale Developers was floated by some of the partners of M/s Sancoale Real Estates for housing development. Colaso Arcade, Coelho Arcade and Caldeira Arcade are some of the projects promoted by this firm. In 2004 M/s Lorans Global was incorporated to undertake various construction projects and engineering works. Coelho Arcade was the maiden contract work undertaken by M/s Lorans Global. The aim of the promoters had been to provide quality housing to the common man at affordable prices .On completion of the projects the promoters had been quick in forming the Co-operative housing societies to transfer the land and building enabling our valued customers to organize themselves and undertake the maintenance and other works of the buildings. All the projects undertaken by us have been executed and handed over on-time thanks to our strict time scheduling and resource management. Within a short span of 5 years the firm M/s Lorans Global has diversified into the fields of Hospitality, Organic Farming, Engineering and Architectural consultancy services.
