The story of RBD has its genesis as a partnership firm of three individuals in the year 1994. The firm began as United Builders and then became Ferns Builders & Developers with Mr. Austin Roach one of its founder members. Over the course of the next three decades Ferns Builders & Developers became synonymous with some of the most inspiring and innovative real estate spaces in Bengaluru – catering to both residential and commercial clients. In the year 2010, Mr. Austin Roach ventured out as an independent developer and thus began the journey of RBD Shelters.
