I am a retired defence civilian officer aged 72 years. I have shifted my residence to bangalore by buying a flat near my daughter's house. I am staying in bangalore flat for last 2 years. I like this place and hence proposing sell my independent house at korattur , chennai. I am allotted a site measuring 42 ft x 60 ft by tamilnadu housing board during 1975 and registered during 1988 , after finalization of site cost. I had built a house measuring 800 sq ft in ground floor and first floor ad added second floor of 400 sq ft.. In ground floor vetrified tiles are used . In first & second floor we have marble flooring.
